2 Rooms for Rent
I have two rooms for rent starting December 1st, i can make accommodations if you want to move in two weeks earlier (Nov 15th). The condo is near the 99 ranch, 24 hour fitness area on Culver and Deerfield. Male or female is OK. Its about 10 mins from UCI by car. The Den is $575 + utilities and the other room will be $625 + utilities. Both roommates can use the garage, I do not need to use it. There is plenty of street parking for visitors.
I am an Asian 28 year old working professional in IT, pretty chill. You will be provided full access to the condo, you can throw parties if you like just not too huge or crazy. Be responsible. I would like us to be friends in the future so i am looking for someone with good character.
